I wonder how long it will take the Gov. to revive the plan to cut food stamps (SNAP) in NM? She tried last fall, but got shut down because there wasn't enough notice given.

JIm, I'm not sure who prepared the pie chart, but it does not reconcile to the IRS federal spending pie charts by category.
