Dear Legislators

Please read this Forbes report.  All of it.  Why do  the states with the best per capita incomes have the highest tax rates and economic growth?  New Mexico is in the bottom third of taxing its people and has the worst economy.  If this doesn't show the Governor for the stooge she is, I don't know what will.  Of course, it isn't just taxes.  Her lack of economic development strategies is a killer.
