Santa Fe Lunch

Bobbi, Justin, Karly and I went up to Santa Fe to have lunch with Carlota, my big sister. We had a very pleasant lunch at the Inn at Loreto on the shaded Patio. Then we did a little shopping on the plaza. The new Gazebo there is pretty impressive as were the crowds of tourists and locals. There was brisk business under the portal at the Palace of the Governors.

A nice lazy July 4th.

I was thinking of the young men and women serving in Iraq on this Independance day. We should do everything possible to get them back safely. Then we need to make sure we never put our sons and daughters into a war based on lies and spin ever again.
