We hung around Barbados today, its national day of independence holiday. Most touristy things were closed so we got a cab and went on a tour. Beach Bars. Wet Ankles. Watching the locals. A nice day.

Some beautiful photography here. I appreciate that. The one with the three men is great. There's a lot to that photo. Content. Three guys. At leisure. But all, dressed as they are? Two black guys sitting and a white one standing, the body language, their different sizes and shapes, and on and on. And there's form, with the content, coloration and shadows, serving both. Speaking of which, who'd think a little green post could hold up so much?
