The only question remaining in the case of the shooting of James Boyd by APD is the story of why it took so long to charge the officers with murder. The DA got around to that today despite a video that showed quite clearly what happened. There is a real story here that will unfold over time.

Meanwhile however, the charges make it a little more likely that guns will remain in holsters in situations like that, where they belong. From complete impunity to this is a big step.
Wonder if the Judge hearing the case will be able to find probable cause to indict them? The SAM BREGMAN dog and pony show starts now..
I wonder if Eden and APD will start a secret investigation into the judge hearing the case. It seems APD has a history of slandering those who don't see things their way.

Certainly most understand the symbiotic relationship that existed between the DA and APD. And our out-of-control APD has the legitimate power or life and death over every one of us. Now that APD has threatened KB the way they have me and others with false charges, KB sees clearly the devious tactics APD uses. An epiphany has occurred in the DA's office! Perhaps this will open more eyes...
