Funny

So, the more I think about it the more absurd it seems. Roland Burris, appointed by that crazy Illinois Governor Blogoyevich, will get to take his US Senate seat. Al Franken, who was certified winner of his election in Minnesota, may not get to take his Senate seat. So, the guy who wasn't elected gets seated while the guy who was elected does not.

Mondo Bizzaro.

The only objections I've heard about Mr. Burris is that he was appointed by Blogoyevich. If he is otherwise a reasonable choice, then I don't know why the Senators are getting their knickers in a twist and wasting time that could be better spent on the problems of our country! Or am I missing something here?
