Stimulant

The "Stimulus Package" has $329 million set aside for New Mexico Schools K through 12. I am not sure what they can spend that on but I have a few suggestions. Technology infrastructure that will make the schools more energy efficient, technology infrastructure that puts a computer station on every desk, and improvement to school buildings that make the learning experience easier. Math and Science concentrations for kids who show promise. Also, just give all kids free lunches for a few years. This cheese sandwich foisted on kids who parents are in arrears is silly.
